When placing an order, Nopli simplifies the lives of its users by integrating delivery directly into the shopping cart.

However, when the Buyer chooses their delivery method, they contract directly and in their own name with the carrier.

Delivery Terms:

1- Selection of Delivery Method and Payment

When placing an order, the Buyer selects the delivery method of their choice.

The Delivery Fees are borne by the Buyer and are paid at the same time as the order.

The Buyer can track the progress of their order using a tracking number or directly from their Personal Space.

2- Order Shipment

Once the order is placed, the Seller is notified by email and receives the shipping label (Transport Label).

The Seller has 5 days to confirm the sale and ship the product.

To do this, they simply need to print the shipping label and affix it to the package.

3- Order Receipt

Once the order is delivered, the Buyer has 72 hours to confirm the proper receipt of the order. After this period, the order will be automatically validated.
